Guests can cancel up to 30 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds within 30 days of arrival.
No, Kindling Falls is located outside of Franklin, NC and Kindling Meadows is located outside of Asheville, NC. They are about a 1.5 hour drive apart.
All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking.
There is a cleaning fee, occupancy tax, sales tax and refundable damage deposit added to the nightly rate of your reservation.
We have firewood bundles available on site for purchase or you can buy firewood locally.
Yes! Both homes use Comphy sheets on all of our beds. We provide luxury organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all of our showers. There are also hair dryers, an iron and steamer on site for use as well.
Nope, both homes are located off of well maintained roads and you can get to us with any vehicle any time of the year.
